Familia provides fathers and
mothers with the tools to build families that are authentic, faithful, and
strong in action, through the Church’s teachings on marriage and family life.
Husbands and wives can learn practical ways to strengthen their families and

Religious education classes for four year-olds through 10th grade held on Sunday
mornings and Thursday afternoons during the school year and taught by volunteer
catechists. The schedules are:
Sundays from 10:45am-12:00noon:
- Kindergarten to 8th grades.
- Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (Montessori based program) Level I for 4
& 5 year olds.
Sundays from 12:30pm-2:00pm:
- All Confirmation sessions, 9th and 10th grades, English and Spanish.
Thursdays from 4:00pm-5:30pm:
- Level I and Level II Catechesis of the Good Shepherd.
Registration is required during the months of June, July and August. Key

: Order of Christian Initiation for Adults is
a program for people interested in learning more about the Catholic faith.
Classes begin in September and meet on Sundays from 10:30 a.m.-12:00 noon.
Those who complete the program are received into the Church during the Easter

Children older than 11 who need baptism and adults who desire the Sacraments of

scripture readings for the upcoming Sunday Mass. Classes are Wednesdays

: Married couples are
trained to work with engaged couples in marriage preparation. The engaged
couple meets in the home of the Sponsor Couple for five (5) evenings. The
success of this program is the one-on-one sharing that allows the married couple

High School (9th, 10th,
11th, 12th grades) meets Sunday after the 5:30 p.m. Youth Mass till 8:30 p.m.
Youth will engage in three main areas: spirituality, community service, and
social. Service Opportunities for Youth include: Lector, Usher,
Eucharistic Minister (16 years & up), teen planning (plan youth activities with
