·         Distribution and Approval of Minutes – Minutes from the November meeting were distributed and reviewed.  Motion to approve the minutes was seconded.  Minutes approved.

·         Announcements/Introductions Fr. Patrick announced that tickets are available through the Archdiocese for anyone who wishes to travel to New York City in April to hear the Pope say Mass.  Contact the parish office for more information.  Kathy introduced Yvonne Taveras, who will be replacing David Hernandez on the Parish Council.

·         Old Business Fr. Patrick indicated that Fr. Ed has volunteered to say Mass in Latin.  Gabriela and Kris will work with him to schedule something.  Fr. Patrick will review the suggestions from the Welcome Task Force from the October meeting and we will revisit the issue in January.  Adrian announced that the projector has been purchased.  He will send out an email notification to various ministry leaders.  We can now also plan for the Ignatius movie nights.

·         Committee Reports – Worship and Spiritual Growth reported that Deacon Robicheaux has volunteered to host a training in January for Eucharistic Ministers.  Phyllis Jean is still involved with this ministry, but has been ill.  Helen will coordinate with her and the Deacon to schedule the training.  Gabriela will check with Cass about the possibility of pulling all the email addresses for the Echaristic Ministers from the church data base.  Parish Life reported that Pam Dorsett has requested that a copy of the minutes be sent to her as the editor of Reaching Out.  The minutes are supposed to be posted on the website after they are approved.  Jim Miles will ensure that they are posted each month, and Pam will be notified that she can retrieve them from the website.  Fr. Patrick indicated that bids have been finalized for the repair of the air conditioning in the Education Building.  The lowest bid was $7500.  It will take 4 – 5 weeks to order the parts.  The entire shaft will be replaced.  David reported that the procession and Mass for the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe will begin at 6:00 the following evening.  All are invited to attend.  Human Concerns, Education and Stewardship had no report.
