Holy Cross Pastoral Council Minutes

September 20, 2011

Present:  Pat Reiley, Donovan McGee, Jan Arias, Tom Probst, Jim Miles, Mercedes Arancibia and Bob Hartman.

Not Present: Father Richard (Sabbatical), Mark Galvin, Kris Chatfield and Theresa O’Donnell.

The meeting was opened with a prayer.

· Review of Minutes – All previous meetings were dedicated to putting together the Ministry Workshop.  No minutes were taken.

· Pastor’s Report – Fr. Richard is on Sabbatical.  No report was presented.

· Ministry Workshop – Donovan indicated that the workshops were a success based on feedback from the ministry leaders.  The feedback from the breakout sessions will be collated and forwarded to Deacon Dayle Geroski as the Head of Ministry Liason.

· Next Meeting – Our next meeting is scheduled for October 11, 2011 at 7:30pm.
