The meeting was opened with a prayer.

·         Review of Minutes – The minutes from September 20, 2011 were read and approved.

·         Pastor’s Report – Fr. Richard is on Sabbatical.  No report was presented.

·         New Members – Steve Lane will join the Pastoral Council.  Donovan will follow up with James Hill and with the Time & Talent sign-up sheets.

·         Holy Cross Website – Currently Monique and Beth are the only staff members authorized to review and request updates to the web-site.

·         Pastoral Council Website – Theresa O’Donnell has put together a shutter-fly page that the Pastoral Council is evaluating.  This will (potentially) maintain a directory of the Pastoral Council member, a copy of the by-laws and minutes of all meetings.  It will also be used to keep interested parties updated on current Pastoral Council initiatives.  All members are asked to please sign-on and review the layout and content.  A go/no-go decision will be made at the next Pastoral Council meeting.

·         Office Staff – Beth Buttler explained that the office staff were being kept extremely busy.  Any requests to the office are please to be made with this in mind.  It was suggested that Beth reach out to Dayle Geroski to relay this message to the Ministry Leaders.

·         Pastoral Council Documentation Collection – Donovan asked all members of the Pastoral Council to forward documentation of any and all Pastoral/Parish council minutes and initiatives in any effort to consolidate everything in a single repository.  Donovan will reach out to previous Pastoral Council members too.

·         Next Meeting – Our next meeting is scheduled for November 8, 2011 at 7:30pm.

Meeting was adjourned with a prayer.

Respectfully Submitted,

Donovan McGee
